Loss of great white sharks

Some years ago in South Africa we observed Great White sharks from cages in the ocean. At the time, our hosts said the sharks were endangered, partly because people could sell a good set of jaws for $150,000.

Now, they're disappearing.

It's also interesting that the sevengill sharks are considered "a living fossil."
